Call or text (615) 241-0232 and tell us how many stumps you're dealing with, roughly how wide each one is across the top, and what the access to your yard looks like. We're open Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm, and the person who answers the phone is the same person who'll likely be running the grinder on your job - not a call center reading from a script or a dispatcher forwarding your info to someone else entirely.

Calling outside those hours still works fine; leave a message or send photos and we'll go through everything first thing the next business day with a callback and a real number, not a generic 'we'll get back to you soon' with no follow-through behind it.

A photo gets you the fastest answer

Text a couple of photos of the stump, ideally with something for scale next to it like a shovel or a shoe, and mention which side of Goodlettsville you're on - Davidson or Sumner - along with the nearest cross street or landmark. For a single stump in an open yard, that's often enough for a firm price with no site visit needed at all.

Larger jobs, old hardwoods with roots we can't fully see in a photo, or properties with tricky access - a steep driveway, a narrow gate, a slope down toward water - usually still need us to come take a look before we lock in a final number. Either way, texting first saves everybody a wasted trip and gets you an answer faster than waiting on a scheduled callback.
